TIRTIR – Milk Skin Toner – 150ml

This is a highly concentrated toner with the ingredients cica and rice bran extracts which helps to give a brightening, smooth and glass skin. This toner helps to hydrate and nourish the skin.

HOW TO USE: After cleansing, use an appropriate amount on the cotton pad or hand. Pad gently on the skin if using hands. Evenly wipe all over the face if using a cotton pad.
