Refund and Returns Policy

As of right now, we don’t accept free returns. All expenses incurred for the return, including postage, are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.Once we have received the products, we will review the returned item and will notify you of the status of your refund after the examination.

We will initiate a refund to the original payment method if your return is accepted. It may take up to 3- 5 business days to be credited to your bank account.

To proceed with a return, please email us (contactus.azhaghu@gmail.com)with the enquiry.  Please be aware that we won’t accept returns for any things that are sent back to us without first receiving our consent.

Please note that items can only be returned if it is unopened,unused and in its original packaging and you also need the proof of purchase.

Damaged or faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after obtaining the item) in the unlikely event that you acquire a damaged or faulty item. We’ll provide you directions on how to return the item and give you the choice between a replacement and a refund.

It might be necessary for you to send images of the item and its outside box packaging. So please don’t throw away the packaging before getting in touch with us.
